Based on Art. 27 of the GDPR, BRUDERER AG, CH-9320 Frasnacht / Switzerland (Controller), commissions BRUDERER GmbH, D-44225 Dortmund (Representative), to act as a representative in the EU and to represent BRUDERER AG in the duties incumbent on it under this regulation. The Representative shall be mandated by the Controller to serve as a point of contact, in addition to or in his place, and in particular for supervisory authorities and data subjects, in all matters relating to processing to ensure compliance with this regulation. The designation of the Representative by the Controller takes place without prejudice to any legal action against the Controller themselves.
